let's rewind!(back to Orientation)



Feb 8th- 区团团拜was quite bad...quite a disaster to me, feel abit depressed...
lesson learnt=try out new games b4 using it for events

Feb 9th to 13th a.k.a ORIENTATION WEEK!
first day was fun XD
the J1s were like lost sheep, getting lost and everything
grand entrance was so long XD
0916 - yi jing shunan benjamin nicholas chia hwee kai xun ken guang wen kevin junlong hanyu ming hui ang sian wei tien kai ting janice xi tong liang rou kin ing voon kunn diyanah man san genesis sherilyn
o man, first tribal time was horrible
we were assigned to the i-space
but there were chairs and tables everywhere XP
we had to shift back all of it, but even so we only had half the space of the i-space
so by the time we settled down had only half hour left for icebreakers and teaching cheers
ok, then next went around playing games
ja-ken-pon (i think) is the only game i can remember
but the class was quite enthu considering the first day =)
mass dance was hilarious XD
my class had 12 guys 12 girls, so no issue
seeing them struggling with the steps was damn funny
but the thing was that they were super determined to get the dance right, impressed me alot =)
after debrief, found out my mortals names
end of day one

Day 2- morning was chao dumb
all the OGLs and councillors had to go for AMC
everyone after half hour give up already
spent the rest of the time day-dreaming
when they said we could leave early, naturally everyone left asap XD
ayah...then was abit sad cos had to leave, being gamemaster for one of the stations at sentosa
couldnt be with my OG =(
then had to wait super long for Marty to arrive at Sentosa, last to arrive
but overall game master-ing wasnt that bad =)
got to see the other J1s
saw the enthu ones, dead ones, and dont forget the OGLs XD
but seriously this year the J1s were alot more high+enthu
same station as stevenn stephanie amanda
ended after debrief and photo-taking
took train back to vivo and had dinner with some of the guys from 0916
Fall Out Boy concert was same day as 2day!!!
end of day 2

Day 3 （aka day off for OGLs)
no OGL duty
went for lessons...
and CCA bazaar
our new yellow-and-super-warm shirt was less than desirable
but it was super high, walking about publicising CO
went around seeing the other CCA booths
according to an anomynous source from piano
their booth was beside house exco
did anyone see that?

Day 4 ( Last Day of Orientation!)
final mass dance session
im so proud of the guys =)
they managed to learn the dances =)
then was wet games!
gotta tell you, this class is damn high and united!
newspaper game was total ownage XD
it didnt even get wet at all XD
wha, then protect the OGL was crazy
all the J1s attacking the other side's OGLs
me yi jia and yi sheng got totally wet...
but marlene and leonard were kept compeletely dry XD
the slippery slope was also great =)
everyone got up together and we helped the other classes to get up too =)
ja ken pon version 1.2
we won but lost the last one which gave the other class chance to competely soak us
whoa, everyone just crowded together to get soaked
super wet, but super fun =）
afterwards was washup and dinner at the parade square where we gave the class cards and presents
then was disco night
cheering competition was super high!
overall we won BEST TRIBE!
and the dancing was tiring but fun =)
trains were everywhere and junxi crashed
then was final group pic, debrief, and end of orientation for the J1s
OGLs and council had to arrange the hall for Get Ed the next day...
but the lights with the cds and everything was super nice =)
END OF ORIENTATION WEEK (cos i dont wanna talk about get ed)

still haven got much photos of orientation, i'll prob get it from kin ing next time
